The Rutherford County Crimson Tide cheerleading program empowers young athletes to build confidence, master fundamentals, and thrive as part of a fun, structured, and supportive team. With expert coaching and a proud community, every cheerleader grows in skill, teamwork, and pride while creating friendships that last a lifetime.

Our recreational program focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and preparing athletes for competitive opportunities.
The Crimson Tide All Stars Team gives athletes the opportunity to take their passion for cheer to the next level. Separate from our traditional sideline squads, this team is designed for athletes who are ready to grow their skills, perform exciting routines, and represent RCCT on the competition floor.
If you're ready to challenge yourself, grow as an athlete, and shine beyond the sidelines, the Crimson Tide All Stars Cheer Team is the place to be!
RCCT Cheer Camp gives young athletes the chance to learn the fundamentals of cheer in a fun and encouraging environment. Campers will practice cheers, chants, and routines while building confidence, teamwork, and school spirit alongside their teammates.
The camp will wrap up with a special mini showcase where athletes can perform what they’ve learned and celebrate their progress with family and friends.

Location: Home Field (Veterans Memorial Park, LaVergne, TN)

A- Squad: 11-12 yr old
B- Squad: 9-10 yr old
C- Squad: 7-8 yr old
PW- Squad: 5-6 yr old
*Note that there will be cases where players are moved between squads based on their experience level and ability to perform. These decisions will be made by the coaches and Cheer Director.
