Cheer Coaches Requirements

Ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of youth

in our community?

The Rutherford County Crimson Tide (RCCT) is seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of coaches for our youth football and cheerleading programs. Whether you have coaching experience or not, we welcome you to help guide, mentor and inspire the next generation of athletes.

At RCCT, we believe in fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, while also encouraging personal growth and building lifelong friendships. Our certified coaches are here to support you with training and resources, so you’ll never be alone on this journey. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn alongside our experienced coaching staff, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

By volunteering as a coach, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping young athletes both on and off the field. You'll be helping children ages 5-12 learn valuable skills, all while promoting a safe, positive, and structured environment. No matter your background, your time, effort, and dedication will make a lasting difference in the lives of these kids.

Join us in making a meaningful impact today! Your involvement as a coach will help shape the future of youth sports and provide an enriching experience for both you and the children you mentor. Together, we can continue the tradition of excellence at RCCT.
